These terms and conditions govern your use of BetVibe and all services provided through our platform. By registering an account, you accept this user agreement in full. If you disagree with any part of these legal terms, you must not use BetVibe.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

BetVibe accepts deposits via UPI, IMPS, Paytm, and other methods listed in our banking section. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits apply as specified on the platform. We process withdrawals within 12–48 hours, subject to verification requirements.

All transactions are conducted in INR. Withdrawal requests exceeding INR 100,000 may require additional verification and processing time. BetVibe reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Terms

All bonuses at BetVibe are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry dates. Wagering requirements typically range from 35x to 40x the bonus amount. Maximum bet while wagering a bonus is INR 500 per spin or hand unless otherwise stated.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts or strategic betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

BetVibe is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits through their account settings.

Game Rules & Fair Play

BetVibe reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings if we detect fraudulent play, collusion, bot usage, or exploitation of software errors.

Changes to Terms

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. BetVibe reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of terms violations. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees, provided no terms violations have occurred.

Governing Law

These legal terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which BetVibe is licensed. By using our platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that region for resolution of any disputes.
